Returns Policy
We do not have a "one size fits all" return policy. The policy varies by product type.
- OEM Alternative Filters and Parts may be returned pre-paid within 30 days of shipment, at the sole discretion of Moisture Boss LLC. A 25% re-stocking fee may apply. Returned parts must be received in factory new, re-sellable conditional.
- Equipment (Dryers, Filters, Condensate Management). You may return the goods pre-paid up to 30 days from the date of shipment, at the sole discretion of Moisture Boss LLC. The equipment must be in new and re-sellable condition. A re-stocking fee of up to 25% may apply. Custom-made and non-stock equipment may be excluded from returns.
- Desiccant may not be returned.
- Returned products that had included "free shipping" may be subject to a service fee.
If you receive an incorrect or defective product you will not be responsible for return shipping or a re-stocking fee.
Returns must be sent with an Authorized Return number. Contact us to request a RA. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping
Most products ship within 2-3 business days of order placement. For a firm delivery commitment, please contact us. Shipping terms are FOB origin. Expedited shipping options available at check out do not imply a delivery commitment. For rush orders and critical deliveries, contact us for lead times.
Products sold with "free shipping" may only be send to addresses in the lower 48 Unites States. Shipments to other destinations incur additional charges.
Any order for goods that require motor freight shipment may incur a surcharge if the delivery address is non-commercial and/or residential.

Warranty
All dryers, filters, and drains are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for between 1 to 10 years, depending on the item. For limitations and full details see individual product pages. To file a warranty claim for any product sold on Moistureboss.com please Contact Us referencing the order number.
International Credit Card Buyers
Buyers using non-U.S. credit cards may be invoiced and 2% of the order value.
Canada
Sales to Canada do not include brokerage fees or import duties. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Sales Tax
We collect sales for all shipments to the State of Colorado, except as legally exempted. We may also collect sales tax in other states, but only as required by law. Additionally we may pass along sales taxes when we are charged those tax by 3rd party vendors.
