Returns Policy

Our aim is to thrill you with the best service in the compressed air industry. We do not have a "one size fits all" return policy. The policy varies by product type.

  • OEM Alternative Filters and Parts may be returned pre-paid within 30 days of shipment. A 20% re-stocking fee may apply.
  • Equipment (Dryers, Filters, Condensate Management). You may return the goods pre-paid up to 30 days from the date of shipment. The equipment must be in new and re-sellable condition. A re-stocking fee of up to 20% may apply.
  • Desiccant may not be returned.
  • Returned products that had included "free shipping" may be subject to a service fee.

If you receive an incorrect or defective product you will not be responsible for return shipping or a re-stocking fee.

Returns must be sent with an Authorized Return number. Contact us to request a RA.


Most products ship within 2-3 business days of order placement. For a firm delivery commitment, please contact us. Shipping terms are FOB origin. Expedited shipping options available at check out do not imply a delivery commitment. For rush orders and critical deliveries, contact us for lead times.

All dryers, filters, and drains are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for between 1 to 10 years, depending on the item. For limitations and full details see individual product pages. To file a warranty claim for any product sold on please Contact Us referencing the order number.

International Credit Card Buyers

Buyers using non-U.S. credit cards may be invoiced and 2% of the order value.


Buyers in Canada may be charged brokerage fees and import duties after the time of sale.  Contact us for details.
