Can I shop with confidence at moistureboss.com?

Definitely.  But don’t take our word for it.  On our homepage there is a blue reviews tab on the left side of the screen.  Click it to read our reviews.  There’s also scrolling random sample of customer reviews at the bottom of the homepage.  These reviews are collected and verified by a 3rd party provider called Yotpo.  We also have a busy eBay store, with hundreds of reviews.  See for yourself.

Where is Moisture Boss?

Our sales office is in Boulder, Colorado, USA.  We have a small warehouse here and ship some coalescing filter elements, desiccants, and dryer parts from this location.  We also ship from 3rd party fulfillment warehouses around the U.S.  The point of origin for a shipment depends both on the product and the destination.

Do you offer re-seller or bulk purchase discounts?

It depends.  Contact us to discuss specifics.

Does Moisture Boss ship internationally?

Yes.  Many products can be purchased directly online with U.S. Postal Service Priority International service.  We also ship to U.S-based freight forwarders, often for no additional charge.  Contact us for other shipping and payment options.

Will you ship using my collect UPS, FedEx, or freight account?

Yes.  Contact us for order processing to ensure the collect account is properly billed.

Does Moisture Boss offer credit terms?

We will review credit applications for returning customers only.  A minimum order value may apply.

What are your terms of sale?

Our standard terms are EXW shipping point, prepaid.  For complete details see here.

Do you accept returns?

Most products can be returned within 30 days after the date of shipment.  Returns must be pre-approved with a return authorization number.  Buyers are responsible for return shipping.  A 20% re-stocking fee may apply.

Desiccants and made-to-order products cannot be returned.

If the return is a result of our error, no re-stocking fee will apply.

What are product warranties?

Product warranties are made by the manufacturers we represent.  These warranties vary by product and by manufacturer.  It’s best to ask us about the warranty specific to a product.
