This retrofit kit allows field installation of the ECO Dew Point Demand Switching (DDS) controller onto Parker PNEUDRI MidiPlus compressed air dryers. The ECO controller uses a moisture probe to detect moisture content in the compressed air. The when the dryer is processing less than the maximum rated moisture load, the ECO controller will shut off the purge flow of the regenerating tower and hold the drying tower under pressure until it reaches a moisture set point. This controller reduces the loss of compressed air when the dryer is partially loaded.
