This zero air loss pneumatically controlled condensate drain for compressed air systems is an economically competitive and functionally equal alternative to ZEKS model SDD200H. Use of the OEM name and part number is for cross reference purposes only.
The operation of the drain simple yet incredibly robust and energy efficient. A stainless steel float sits within the translucent reservoir. When the condensate level within the reservoir rises to a set-point, pilot air actuates a pneumatic cylinder and opens a full-ported 1/2" ball valve. Condensate drains from the reservoir until the float moves below the set-point. No compressed air is purged from the system, making the drain both quiet and energy efficient.
