This SWIFTDRI™ desiccant breather part number SFD-020 is a highly durable silica-based desiccant breather designed to protect lubricants and hydraulic equipment from moisture and dirt. This continuous airflow desiccant breather offers improved performance over customary dust caps or OEM breathers on equipment.
Dual Protection of Hydraulic Equipment
Contaminated air enters the top of the desiccant breather and passes through multi-layered filter media, preventing solid particles from entering the breather and reducing wear on equipment surfaces.
Silica beads inside the breather attract moisture from inside the equipment reservoir during service or shut-down, keeping equipment dry and free of particulates.
