Meet the Founder
Tyler Currie

I started working in the compressed air industry more than 20 years ago on summer breaks from high school, assembling dryers, filters, and drains. Before launching Moisture Boss in 2016, I served as the head of marketing and sales at Van Air Systems, a leading dryer and filter manufacturer, and I recently helped rewrite and revise Chapter 3 of the Compressed Air and Gas Institute (CAGI) technical handbook, addressing all aspects of compressed air treatment.

A memorable moment in my career occurred at a metals plant in Utah. The customer was experiencing critical faults with an air dryer, causing millions of dollars in lost production. Two engineers and I spent a day trying unsuccessfully to solve the problem. That night I woke with an epiphany. I suddenly knew exactly what was wrong with the dryer. We fixed it first thing the next morning!

Helping someone solve a tough problem is the best part of this job.
